Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in product management or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Sourcing and Procurement: Experience in sourcing raw materials and negotiating with suppliers.
- Team Management: Strong leadership skills to manage carpenters and production teams.
- Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Logistics: Understanding of packaging, shipping, and delivery logistics.
- Customer Service: Experience with warranty maintenance and customer support.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.
