Responsibilities:
- Prepare pitching deck/ design concept mood board for presentation to customer
- Creative space planning layout plan
- 3d model with reality rendering
- Details drawing
- Teamworks with site manager
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in interior design.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Autodesk 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
- Strong creative vision and presentation skills.
- Expertise in space planning, 3D modeling, rendering, and detailed technical drawing.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
